Individual T loop for canine retraction

This patient came to us with chief complaint of forwardly placed upper front teeth. On clinical examination he had a convex profile and and severe lower anterior crowding. Our plan was to remove upper and lower first premolar teeth. In the lower arch, canine retraction was planned with individual T loop considering the amount of lower crowding. It took 3 months to distalise the canines and to de-crowd the lower anterior segment.
