Make It Stand Out.

A 12 year patient reported with forwardly placed upper front teeth. He examination, his lower jaw was placed backward and had lip trap giving him a rabbit face. We planned to bring the lower jaw forward using an appliance - modified twin block. The cooperative behaviour of the patient added to his growing age made the result fabulous bringing his lower jaw forward. Current stage, the patient has got a beautiful smile.
